For 30+ years Nigel has held director level compliance and operations roles for regulated entities in the Lloyd’s, London Company and Hong Kong insurance markets. Joining Pine Walk in January 2018, Nigel has embedded our operational, compliance and control frameworks that are in place across Pine Walk and our underlying MGA businesses. Nigel holds a Master’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Bayes Business School, and he is a Fellow of the CII.

Pearly qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG. She has extensive experience in financial planning, accounting, controls and strategy implementation. Prior to joining Pine Walk, Pearly held several positions at DUAL including European Financial Controller and interim Head of Finance Transformation, working to deliver excellent services to stakeholders across the spectrum.

Marcus is Strategy Executions Senior Manager at Pine Walk, having joined in June 2021, specialising in financial modelling, planning, and analysis. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, where he gained comprehensive experience in financial reporting, planning, and controls. Since joining Pine Walk, Marcus has played a pivotal role in the financial planning for the MGAs, overseeing financial modelling and analysis for new MGA opportunities. Marcus has directly contributed to the financial modelling for all MGAs since OPEnergy and has supported strategic initiatives across both Pine Walk and The Fidelis Partnership.
Simon is a senior insurance executive with over 20 years’ experience across the insurance sector, spanning underwriting, operations, and project management roles. He previously served as Chief Underwriting Obicer for the Mortgage & Credit division at AmTrust, where he held responsibility for underwriting strategy and performance. Earlier in his career, Simon held roles at General Electric and Genworth Financial, gaining broad experience across underwriting and operational functions within large, complex organisations. Simon holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Cape Town.
Robert is a senior insurance executive with over 18 years experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, Robert was most recently at PartnerRe where he worked for 5 years in various finance roles including Head of External Reporting and as CFO of PartnerRe’s insurance entity. Robert began his career with PwC Dublin before transferring to their London office, working in the Global Capital Markets Group. He joined Aviva from PwC, working in Group Finance in London and managing their reinsurance captive in Dublin. He is a fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland, qualifying in 2004.

Charlie joined Fidelis in 2015 and brings over three decades of broking and underwriting experience. Charlie was previously at Lancashire until November 2015 where he was Chief Risk Officer with responsibility for the group’s enterprise risk management. He started at Lancashire at its launch in October 2005, and his roles there also included Chief Underwriting Officer of the Bermuda entity and Group Underwriting Operations Director. Prior to 2005 he held a number of roles with brokers and MGAs in London, the USA and Mexico.

Grahame has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Grahame was previously at Aspen Insurance Group where he worked for 17 years in various finance roles, including as Group Financial Controller and most recently as Group Chief Accounting Officer and UK CFO. Prior to joining Aspen, Grahame was at KPMG in the Insurance audit practice where he was responsible for a portfolio of London market and international clients. Grahame began his career at Sedgwick Lloyd’s Underwriting Agency. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, qualifying in 1997.
