Rinku Patel
The Fidelis Partnership Group COO, Pine Walk CEO
Rinku is an Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales qualified accountant having trained with BDO Stoy Hayward and moving to Andersen. Rinku was Group Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer of DUAL Group, Group Chief Financial Officer of Howden Broking Group and Director of Finance at Hyperion Insurance Group (Now Howden Group Holdings) before consulting in 2016/7 to private equity and intermediaries. Previous industry experience includes Software Development (SAAS and non-SAAS), Data/Information businesses and Insurance.
Rinku founded Pine Walk in 2017 with Fidelis and currently has 8 MGAs under the platform.
Tom Lawson
Pine Walk Group Information Manager
Tom qualified as an ACCA accountant at Reed Business Information and for the past 10+ years has focused on finance and information roles in insurance and MGA businesses. In 2010 he joined DUAL International as Group Financial Controller, consolidating the financial accounts and insurance data of multiple international businesses. Tom joined Pine Walk Capital in 2018 and built out the financial and insurance reporting systems for Pine Walk and the MGAs. Today he oversees the data, systems and reporting across the Pine Walk MGA Platform.
Nigel Lee
The Fidelis Partnership Group Service Delivery Director & Pine Walk Operations Director
For 30+ years Nigel has held director level compliance and operations roles for regulated entities in the Lloyd’s, London Company and Hong Kong insurance markets. Joining Pine Walk in January 2018, Nigel has embedded our operational, compliance and control frameworks that are in place across Pine Walk and our underlying MGA businesses. Nigel holds a Master’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Bayes Business School, and he is a Fellow of the CII.
Pearly Ng
Pine Walk Finance & Insurance Controller
Pearly qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG. She has extensive experience in financial planning, accounting, controls and strategy implementation. Prior to joining Pine Walk, Pearly held several positions at DUAL including European Financial Controller and interim Head of Finance Transformation, working to deliver excellent services to stakeholders across the spectrum.

Charles Mathias
The Fidelis Partnership Deputy Chairman & Group Executive Director
Charlie joined Fidelis Insurance in 2015 and brings over three decades of broking and underwriting experience. Charlie was previously at Lancashire until November 2015 where he was Chief Risk Officer with responsibility for the group’s enterprise risk management. He started at Lancashire at its launch in October 2005, and his roles there also included Chief Underwriting Officer of the Bermuda entity and Group Underwriting Operations Director. Prior to 2005 he held a number of roles with brokers and MGAs in London, the USA and Mexico.
Hinal Patel
The Fidelis Partnership Group CFO
Hinal has more than 20 years of industry experience, specifically focused on the actuarial and financial sides of the sector. Hinal joined Fidelis in 2015 as Group Chief Actuary, later becoming Group CFO in 2017 until the bifurcation of the company in the beginning of 2023. As Group CFO, he is responsible for the finance, investment, actuarial and corporate finance functions. Hinal is a Non-Executive Director of Fidelis Insurance Group. Prior to his time at Fidelis, Hinal spent 12 years at Catlin as Bermuda Chief Actuary, overseeing actuarial, catastrophe modelling and capital functions for its Bermuda entity. He has also worked at a number of actuarial consultancies and graduated from the London School of Economics.
Grahame Dawe
Pine Walk CFO & The Fidelis Partnership Group Controller
Grahame has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Grahame was previously at Aspen Insurance Group where he worked for 17 years in various finance roles, including as Group Financial Controller and most recently as Group Chief Accounting Officer and UK CFO. Prior to joining Aspen, Grahame was at KPMG in the Insurance audit practice where he was responsible for a portfolio of London market and international clients. Grahame began his career at Sedgwick Lloyd’s Underwriting Agency. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, qualifying in 1997.
